Terms of Reference
- With the management team, establish the standards and quality against which ALPS milestones and objectives can be measured.
- Meet regularly with the management team to assess progress.
- Develop a robust system to enable high quality accurate feedback to be communicated to ALPS students, staff and stakeholders.
- Develop rigorous methodology for wide ranging evaluation of the activities of ALPS including the effect of ALPS activity on areas such as capacity building, value for money of activities, cost effectiveness of activities etc.
- Production of regular/annual reports relating to the above.
