Terms of reference
- Ensuring that the financial plans and strategic plan of ALPS are being delivered as agreed.
- Facilitating and ensuring communication amongst all the Partners.
- Updating (with the consent of the Advisory Board where material changes) the financial, strategic and operational plans. Reviews to take place at least every 6 months.
- Endeavouring to ensure that the activities of ALPS become published in well respected journals.
- Receiving, monitoring and agreeing reports submitted by the ALPS Director, partners, Management Groups and others working within ALPS on a regular basis.
- Producing an activity report every 6 months for consideration and review by the Advisory Board.
- Ensuring that the recommendations of the Advisory Board are implemented by all Parties and the other Management Groups.
- Supporting the ALPS Director to ensure the day to day activities of ALPS are delivered efficiently and according to plan.
