Advisory Board

Terms of reference

  • Consider reports on the performance of CETL against the stated objectives, making recommendations as to necessary corrective action and strategic direction.
  • Review strategic direction of CETL taking into account recommendations of the Dissemination and Impact Group.
  • Undergo where appropriate, but in any event on an annual basis, a risk assessment exercise to understand and minimise risks being taken by CETL.
  • Review the financial plans for CETL every 6 months.
  • Review the project plan for CETL every 6 months.
  • Ensure that the activities of the CETL are publicised to the wider community.
  • Ensure that all other Management Groups are appropriately performing their functions.
  • Ensure that CETL becomes embedded in the strategic and operational activities of all the Parties.
